- Collaborate closely with filmmakers and artists to bring stories to life through visual effects
- Lead and manage a team of VFX artists to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with VFX techniques, technologies, and trends to push the boundaries of visual storytelling
- Develop and maintain relationships with external VFX vendors and ensure they deliver on project requirements
