- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and programs to support the growth and success of the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR support and guidance to help achieve them.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing them with insights and recommendations on people and culture matters.
- Lead and drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning for employees.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations, and provide guidance to managers and employees on employment laws and best practices.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to address any issues or opportunities.
- Support the learning and development of employees by identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Partner with the Compensation team to ensure fair and competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
- Act as a change agent, driving organizational and cultural changes to support the company's growth and evolution.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively bring new ideas and innovations to the organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to support their growth and success.
Extensive Hr Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Strategic Hr Business Partnering.
Strong Understanding Of The Entertainment Industry: As A Senior Hr Business Partner At Netflix, It Is Important To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Entertainment Industry, Including Its Unique Challenges And Dynamics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Collaboration With Various Departments And Senior Leadership, So The Candidate Must Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships And Influence Decision-Making.
