
Senior HR Business Partner - Finance and Strategy

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall financial and strategic goals of the company.
- Partner with the Finance and Strategy team to understand their business objectives and provide HR support and consultation to achieve these goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance on people-related matters.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
- Lead and manage the performance management process for the Finance and Strategy team, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefit strategies that attract and retain top talent while also aligning with the company's financial objectives.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent for the Finance and Strategy team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to HR processes and policies.
- Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusivity within the Finance and Strategy team.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing leadership and guidance in their professional development.
- Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Extensive Experience In Hr And Finance: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Both Hr And Finance, With A Strong Understanding Of How The Two Functions Intersect And Impact Each Other.
