
Senior Analyst, Sales Incentive Compensation

- Develop and optimize sales incentive compensation plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and HR, to continuously improve and enhance compensation programs.
- Utilize a deep understanding of sales incentive compensation principles to design effective compensation plans.
- Analyze and interpret complex sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate complex data effectively to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and understanding of compensation plans.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of compensation data and calculations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of compensation plans and processes.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of compensation plans and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales incentive compensation to continuously improve our programs.
- Lead and support the implementation of new compensation plans and initiatives.
- Train and educate sales teams on compensation plans and processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on compensation data to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales incentive compensation and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Incentive Compensation Or Sales Operations Role
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Excel And Data Analysis Tools
Experience With Incentive Compensation Plan Design And Administration, Preferably In The Technology Or Entertainment Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
