Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Sales Compensation Or Sales Operations Role.
Strong Analytical Skills, With Experience In Data Manipulation And Modeling.
Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
