As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sales team by designing and implementing sales incentive plans that align with our business objectives.   1. Design and implement sales incentive plans that align with the company's business objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for sales incentive plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and HR, to gather input and ensure alignment on sales incentive plans.
  4. Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales incentive plans, making adjustments as needed to drive desired sales outcomes.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales compensation principles and best practices.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and communication materials related to sales incentive plans.
  7. Provide guidance and support to the sales team on sales incentive plans, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to sales compensation and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Lead and participate in special projects related to sales compensation and incentive plans.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on sales compensation principles and analysis techniques.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support sales incentive plan initiatives.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive sales compensation and performance data with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Sales Compensation Or Sales Operations Role.

  • Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
