Execute the strategy to recruit undergrad, masters, MBA, and Ph.D. students from candidates in limited talent pools. Coach and advise internal stakeholders on emerging talent recruiting strategies, processes, and best practices. Network and maintain student relationships at key institutions that support and promote the advancement of traditionally underrepresented students. Develop university recruiting strategies that include identifying which schools we focus on based on degree programs that align with desired skillsets. Create and execute engaging virtual events for early-in-career individuals to increase interest in Netflix, our brand, and the work our teams do. Maintain up-to-date knowledge with industry trends within the early career recruiting landscape. Leverage talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate internal stakeholders on where to recruit emerging talent to ensure a representative pool.
