Job Description

As a Program Manager for Merchandising Operations at Netflix, you will play a crucial role in shaping the way our content is presented and marketed to our global audience.   4. Drive the optimization of merchandising campaigns based on data and insights.
  5. Monitor and report on the performance of merchandising campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  6. Manage budget and resource allocation for merchandising initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandising strategies.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  9. Communicate and present merchandising plans, results, and recommendations to senior management.
  10. Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of merchandising campaigns.
  11. Collaborate with content acquisition teams to develop effective merchandising plans for new and existing content.
  12. Ensure all merchandising efforts comply with company brand standards and guidelines.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline merchandising operations.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the merchandising team.
  15. Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Program Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines. This Includes The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Identify And Mitigate Risks, And Effectively Communicate Progress To Stakeholders.

  • Extensive Experience In Merchandising Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Merchandising Operations, With A Focus On Digital Media And Entertainment. This Includes Experience In Content Curation, Merchandising Strategy, And Optimization Of Digital Storefronts.

  • Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Program Manager Must Be Able To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Identify Trends And Insights To Inform Merchandising Strategies. They Should Also Have The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems That May Arise During The Execution Of Projects.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Cross-Functional Teams, The Program Manager Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Project Updates And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
