We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our CS Learning and Development team in the EMEA region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the learning and development programs for our customer service team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.   1. Develop and implement learning and development programs for the customer service team in the EMEA region.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create targeted programs to address them.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Ensure all training materials and resources are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
  5. Work closely with managers and team leads to identify individual training needs and provide coaching and support to develop their skills.
  6. Conduct regular assessments to track progress and identify knowledge or skill gaps.
  7. Utilize data and metrics to measure the impact of training programs and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
  9. Manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  10. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to develop onboarding and orientation programs for new customer service employees.
  11. Lead and inspire a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs.
  12. Communicate and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the customer service team.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to bring in new training opportunities and resources.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to learning and development.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for customer service training and development, providing guidance and support to other teams when needed.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Leader Of The Cs Learning And Development Team, The Program Manager Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
