  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of product operations for Netflix's Member Experience department.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall user experience for Netflix's millions of members.
  3. Lead a team of product operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team's success.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of product operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the member experience.
  6. Establish and maintain efficient processes and workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution of product operations.
  7. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate product operations updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks that may impact the member experience.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product operations team.
  12. Monitor and manage the budget for product operations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  13. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support product operations.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on product operations, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure the team's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
