- Lead the development and execution of the overall product strategy for member experiences at Netflix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and content to conceptualize and deliver innovative and user-friendly features.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform product decisions and ensure a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Netflix's member base, their needs, and preferences to inform product development.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals and user needs.
- Define and track product metrics to measure the success of new features and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate product ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improving member experiences.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, updates, and progress to stakeholders and team members.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the user journey and experience to drive member engagement and retention.
- Stay informed of competitors' products and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of product features and enhancements while balancing business goals and user needs.
- Lead and mentor junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences to stay connected with the streaming community and promote the brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Streaming Industry.
Strong Understanding Of User Experience And Ability To Identify And Implement Improvements To Enhance Member Satisfaction.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing New Products And Features.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
