
Partner Engagement Manager - Platforms
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, an excellent communicator and can effectively work across multiple, cross-functional teams to execute large scale programs. Own strategic scaling platforms, influencing platform features and product designs to improve the Netflix experience while continuously optimizing for quality and efficiency. Navigate complex business and technology relationships and work with senior executives to establish platform standards and set engagement strategy. Be a collaborative leader who excels in peer-to-peer and executive level communication, both internally at Netflix and with your partners. Lead with confidence and with little supervision. Inform business decisions based on data and metrics.
Experience building & managing long-term strategic relationships with leading platform, consumer electronics or operator partners
Solid understanding of the video-centric device and platform ecosystem trends
Strong technology background, ideally including hands-on work in embedded software and platforms and under-the-hood knowledge of video-centric CE devices
4+ years of related work experience
