  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive subscriber growth and brand awareness in the Mexican market.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the region.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns that align with business goals.
  4. Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and influencers.
  6. Monitor and track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing and entertainment.
  8. Work closely with product teams to ensure messaging and positioning is consistent with the brand.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  10. Represent the Netflix brand and values in all internal and external communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Spanish And English: The Ideal Candidate For The Marketing Manager, Mexico Position Should Be Fluent In Both Spanish And English, As They Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Marketing Strategies In The Mexican Market.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. A Master's Degree Would Be A Plus.

  • Experience In The Mexican Market: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience Of The Mexican Market, Including Consumer Behavior, Cultural Nuances, And Local Media Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record In Marketing: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Marketing Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Marketing Manager, The Candidate Will Be Leading A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, So Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Is Also Desired.
