Ensures all aspects of executive fleet, parking and transportation programs are performed in a timely manner with utmost quality. Reviews, develops and recommends revisions to parking and transportation programs. Manages the program strategy for Netflix Executive Fleet program. Makes recommendations based on usage, volume and associate feedback. Develops strategic outputs from departmental reports, showing the effectiveness of the commuter program, executive fleet and parking operations. Coordinates the planning of all new parking facilities as well as ongoing maintenance and safety of existing lots and structures, and transportation alternatives with Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services as well as external agencies. Provide insight to Workplace Program Specialist for successful and timely project delivery Administers utilization studies of parking spaces and lots by preparing data collection forms, deciding on areas of study, assigning personnel to collect data and analyzing data to determine peak and average usage times. Coordinates development of new public transportation alternatives for Netflix employees
Experience with parking and transportation master planning with budget and finance oversight
10 years of progressively responsible professional experience
At least 5 years in corporate or public/private parking operation preferred.
Must possess the ability to write reports and business correspondences, procedural personnel directives
