In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, talent, and crew on all of our studio productions. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of OSHA regulations and experience creating safety protocols is required.   1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for all studio productions.
  2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and address any safety concerns.
  3. Train and educate employees, talent, and crew on safety protocols and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with production teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into all aspects of production.
  5. Conduct thorough risk assessments for each production and create action plans to address any potential risks.
  6. Monitor and maintain safety equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
  7. Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents and make recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry safety standards and regulations and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with external safety agencies and organizations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  10. Manage a team of safety professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and support.
  11. Communicate regularly with management and production teams on safety updates and concerns.
  12. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for any safety-related inquiries or concerns.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports related to safety incidents, inspections, and training.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve safety processes and procedures.
  16. Foster a culture of safety and promote a positive work environment for all employees, talent, and crew.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Protocols In A Film Or Television Production Setting.

  • Previous Experience In Managing And Coordinating Safety Procedures On Set, Including Risk Assessments And Emergency Response Plans.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate Safety Guidelines And Protocols To Cast And Crew.
