  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and success in the TV industry.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform product marketing strategies.
  4. Create innovative marketing initiatives to promote Netflix's content and enhance the user experience.
  5. Lead and manage a team of product marketers to ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing plans.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to drive partnerships and collaborations.
  7. Use data and analytics to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to inform product marketing strategies.
  9. Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences, showcasing our TV experience and content offerings.
  10. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing materials.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for product marketing initiatives.
  12. Work closely with the product development team to provide insights and feedback on product features and enhancements.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the user experience through testing and optimization of marketing strategies.
  14. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the TV industry within the company.
  15. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
