Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Manager, Product Marketing to join our team at Netflix. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our customers understand the value of our products and connect with the Netflix brand. We’re looking for someone who can lead the development and execution of innovative product marketing strategies while ensuring our products are positioned in the market effectively.In this role, you’ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and understand customer needs, develop and execute product messaging, and ensure that our products are meeting our customers’ expectations. You’ll need to be able to develop and execute marketing plans that are in line with our overall product strategy and goals, while quickly adapting to changes in the market.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:• 5+ years of experience in product marketing• Proven track record of developing and executing product marketing strategies• A strong understanding of consumer and market trends• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• A creative and analytical mindsetIf you’re an innovative and results-oriented individual who is passionate about product marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product marketing strategies that are in line with overall product strategy and goals.
  2. Identify and understand customer needs to develop and execute product messaging.
  3. Monitor and analyze consumer and market trends to ensure products are meeting customer expectations.
  4. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Lead the development and execution of innovative product marketing campaigns.
  6. Ensure products are positioned in the market effectively.
  7. Utilize creative and analytical mindset to quickly adapt to changes in the market.
  8. Create and maintain metrics to track and measure success of product marketing initiatives.
