Manager, Patent Litigation (Paralegal)

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and takes initiative to ensure that the job is done to the highest standard.We are looking for someone with a passion for patent law and an eye for detail. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of patent litigation experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, and a strong understanding of intellectual property laws. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide patent-related litigation support for Netflix's legal team.
2. Analyze and interpret intellectual property laws and regulations.
3. Manage and oversee patent litigation-related projects.
4. Research and draft legal documents related to patent litigation.
5. Maintain accurate records and databases related to patent litigation.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
7. Liaise with external counsel and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of litigation projects.
8. Develop and implement patent litigation processes and procedures.
9. Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on patent litigation matters.
10. Monitor legal developments and emerging trends related to patent litigation.
