Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Marketing Partnerships Creative at Netflix to join our team and take our creative marketing partnerships to the next level. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, a passion for creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams both internally and externally.This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in creative marketing partnerships, and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing creative marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns in partnership with external partners.
  2. Manage and coordinate all aspects of creative marketing partnerships, including budgeting and timelines.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, while demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Oversee the creation and delivery of creative materials in order to meet deadlines and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for creative marketing partnerships.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure successful project execution.
  8. Manage team members and oversee the creative projects workflow.
