Manager, Internal Communications - Talent

We have an exciting opportunity to join Netflix as Manager, Internal Communications - Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies to help our Talent teams achieve their goals and objectives.You should have prior experience in internal communications and/or public relations, a deep understanding of the Talent function, and a passion for developing effective and creative ways to communicate with our teams. Your excellent writing and editing skills, as well as your enthusiasm for creating engaging materials, will help drive effective communications throughout the Talent organization.You should be an independent thinker and a great collaborator, able to work across teams and functions to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. You should possess the ability to think strategically and proactively about communication needs and anticipate issues.
