  • Develop and implement strategies for the EMEA region to drive growth and success in consumer products and experiences
  • Lead a team of talented individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and development
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team to continuously improve and enhance our consumer products and experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects and initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, consumer insights, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives and meet financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders in the EMEA region
  • Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and sharing our achievements and successes
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In The Consumer Products And Experiences Industry, Preferably In The Emea Region.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Team, With A Strong Focus On Collaboration And Mentorship.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Emea Market, Including Consumer Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Environment.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For Consumer Products And Experiences, With A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting.
