- Develop and implement strategic plans for consumer products and experiences in alignment with Netflix's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of product and experience specialists to deliver high-quality and innovative consumer offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize consumer needs and develop products and experiences that meet those needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on consumer trends and competitor offerings.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and platforms to identify new opportunities for consumer products and experiences.
- Uphold a strong understanding of the global consumer landscape and adapt strategies accordingly to meet the needs of diverse markets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management Within The Consumer Products Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Streaming And Entertainment Landscape, With A Focus On Consumer Trends And Behaviors.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Consumer Products, With A Strong Emphasis On Creating Engaging And Innovative Experiences.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
