  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for consumer products and experiences in alignment with Netflix's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product and experience specialists to deliver high-quality and innovative consumer offerings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize consumer needs and develop products and experiences that meet those needs.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on consumer trends and competitor offerings.
  5. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  6. Set and track key performance indicators to measure the success of consumer products and experiences.
  7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance and expand our consumer offerings.
  10. Stay informed on industry developments and best practices to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  11. Ensure all consumer products and experiences align with Netflix's brand and uphold its high standards of quality and user experience.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Netflix, representing the company and its values in all interactions.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  14. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and platforms to identify new opportunities for consumer products and experiences.
  15. Uphold a strong understanding of the global consumer landscape and adapt strategies accordingly to meet the needs of diverse markets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management Within The Consumer Products Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Streaming And Entertainment Landscape, With A Focus On Consumer Trends And Behaviors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Consumer Products, With A Strong Emphasis On Creating Engaging And Innovative Experiences.
