  1. Oversee all aspects of content data management for Netflix, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement data management strategies and processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of content data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and requirements.
  4. Manage a team of data analysts and ensure their work aligns with company goals and standards.
  5. Monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management to continuously improve processes and systems.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external data partners and vendors.
  8. Communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management, to inform business decisions.
  9. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
  10. Train and onboard new team members on data management processes and tools.
  11. Drive data governance initiatives to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  12. Collaborate with other teams within Netflix to identify and implement new data management tools and technologies.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for data management processes.
  14. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to data management and analytics.
  15. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting the use of data and insights across the organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Content Data Management Systems: A Manager Of Content Data Management At Netflix Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Various Content Data Management Systems And Be Able To Effectively Utilize Them To Organize And Maintain Large Amounts Of Data.
