  1. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies for the company's advertising business in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  2. Analyze and monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for achieving growth targets.
  3. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  8. Monitor and manage budget and expenses for the advertising business.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support business objectives.
  10. Stay informed on all relevant laws and regulations related to advertising and finance.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
  12. Proactively identify risks and opportunities and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  13. Foster a culture of accountability and strive for excellence in all aspects of financial planning and analysis.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems for the advertising business.
  15. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters related to the advertising business.
  16. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing clear and concise financial insights and recommendations.
  17. Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events related to finance and advertising.
  18. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the company's financial strategies.
  19. Uphold and promote the company's values and culture in all interactions and decisions.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Strategy Roles, Preferably In The Advertising Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Financial Modeling And Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
