We are looking for an experienced and passionate Localization Program Manager to join Netflix’s Globalization team! You will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing localization programs that enable our business to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the localization industry, international markets, and the impact of language on our customers’ experiences. You must have a strong track record of delivering high-quality localization programs and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.We are looking for someone who is eager to work collaboratively with other teams, has a passion for effective communication and can think strategically to identify and implement process improvements.
