A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Media Industry.
A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, Including Experience With California Labor Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures To Support A Diverse And Inclusive Workplace Culture.
