  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all positions within the organization.
  3. Act as a strategic partner to department managers, providing guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  12. Serve as an ambassador for the company culture and values, promoting a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.
  13. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and HR-related activities.
  14. Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  15. Proactively identify and address any potential HR issues or risks, taking appropriate action to mitigate them.
  16. Support the company's growth and expansion through effective workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Technology Industry.

  • Demonstrated Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement Initiatives.
