Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Technology Industry.
Demonstrated Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
