As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our studio by providing strategic and operational support to our employees and leaders.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders and employees on all HR-related matters, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, talent management, and compensation and benefits.
  3. Partner with the business to understand their needs and proactively identify solutions to support their growth and development.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people-related issues, providing guidance and support in addressing employee development, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support various HR initiatives such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition.
  6. Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
  8. Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality, and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
  9. Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  11. Collaborate with the global HR team to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
  12. Act as a culture ambassador, promoting the company's values and initiatives within the studio.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With All Levels Of Employees.
