  1. Develop and manage financial programs and projects for Netflix, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial needs and objectives, and create strategies to achieve them.
  3. Oversee budgeting and forecasting for projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company goals.
  4. Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  5. Conduct thorough analyses of financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to negotiate favorable financial terms and contracts.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend adjustments to financial programs as needed.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to provide insights and recommendations on financial program management.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Finance Or Accounting Role, Preferably In A Media Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Data To Non-Finance Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting Techniques, As Well As Experience With Financial Reporting And Data Analysis Tools.
