They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In The Observability Space.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Engineering Manager, Observability At Netflix, You Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Driving The Observability Strategy For The Company.
