They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In The Observability Space.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Engineering Manager, Observability At Netflix, You Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Driving The Observability Strategy For The Company. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Make Tough Decisions, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.
