
Director, US State Regulatory and Production Policy

Netflix is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and organized individual to join our team as the Director, US State Regulatory and Production Policy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive state regulatory and production policy strategies for Netflix across the U.S. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a combination of policy, legal, and/or production experience; a deep understanding of the U.S. legislative and regulatory process; and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to take initiative to proactively identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
