- Lead and manage a team of designers to develop and execute creative concepts for the launch of new titles on the Netflix platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual identity for each title launch.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all title launches.
- Oversee the creation of key art, promotional materials, and other visual assets to support title launches.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design and incorporate them into the team's work.
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers to ensure their growth and development within the company.
- Manage projects and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all design assets for title launches.
- Work closely with the content team to understand the creative vision for each title and translate it into impactful visual designs.
- Communicate and present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and creativity within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth.
- Represent Netflix's design standards and values in all interactions and deliverables.
Bachelor's Degree In Design, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Design Project Management, Preferably In A Media Or Entertainment Company
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Branding Strategies
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Delivering High-Quality Results Within Tight Deadlines
