As the Coordinator of Talent Experiences & Gifting, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with our talent and creating memorable experiences for them. - Develop and maintain relationships with talent in the Asia Pacific region, excluding India.
- Plan and execute memorable experiences for talent, such as gifting initiatives and exclusive events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of talent experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights to inform the development of new and innovative experiences.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver exceptional experiences within allocated resources.
- Communicate regularly with talent to gather feedback and insights, and adjust experiences accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to talent experiences and gifting initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for talent events and experiences, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, and vendor management.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of talent experiences, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Uphold the values and brand of Netflix in all interactions with talent and external partners.
- Assist with other projects and tasks related to talent experiences and gifting, as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve talent experiences and gifting initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for talent, addressing any questions or concerns related to their experiences with Netflix.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the larger APAC team to align talent experiences and gifting initiatives with overall regional strategies and goals.
Experience In Event Planning And Coordination: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Planning And Executing Events, Such As Talent Experiences And Gift Giving, In The Apac Region. This Includes Managing Budgets, Negotiating Contracts, And Coordinating Logistics.
Knowledge Of Apac Region: The Coordinator Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Cultural Nuances, Customs, And Trends In The Apac Region, Especially In Countries Outside Of India. This Is Important In Order To Create Meaningful And Impactful Experiences For Talent In The Region.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Coordinator For Talent Experiences And Gifting, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Talent, Vendors, And Internal Teams. Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Essential To Ensure A Smooth And Successful Execution Of Events.
