  1. Assist the production management team in the creation and delivery of original content for Netflix's global audience.
  2. Help maintain detailed and accurate production schedules, budgets, and other important documents.
  3. Serve as a liaison between various departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  4. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support production planning and decision-making processes.
  5. Coordinate logistics for production meetings, travel arrangements, and other related activities.
  6. Participate in production meetings and take detailed notes to distribute to relevant parties.
  7. Track and manage production expenses, including processing invoices and reconciling budgets.
  8. Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure timely delivery of final materials.
  9. Communicate updates and changes to production schedules and budgets to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential production issues and provide solutions.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.
  13. Foster positive relationships with team members and external partners to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
  14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the success of the production management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Film, Television, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Film And Tv Production Processes, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Different Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Software, Such As Movie Magic Budgeting And Scheduling, And Experience Working With Production Management Tools And Databases.
