
Client Services Manager - Studio Management

- Oversee and coordinate workflows between Netflix and studio partners, including project timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within Netflix to understand content needs and requirements.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks in the content delivery process.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and client services.
- Collaborate with other Client Services Managers and team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all studio partnerships.
- Represent Netflix and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions with studio partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Services Or Account Management Within The Entertainment Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Both Internal Teams And External Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.
