1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for the Engineering department.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the Netflix platform.
3. Analyze user data to understand member behavior and preferences, and use that information to optimize the member experience.
4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide visibility into the success of initiatives.
5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and drive innovation.
6. Work closely with engineers and product managers to understand technical challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
7. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
8. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline data analysis and reporting.
9. Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Strategy & Analytics team.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, providing support and guidance to other team members as needed.
