
Associate, Marketing Business Operations
As a key member of the Netflix Marketing Business Operations team, the Associate, Marketing Business Operations will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the entire marketing organization. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for helping the team exceed expectations.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in a business operations role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, including experience in digital marketing and analytics. They must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
