  1. Oversee overall production process of nonfiction sports content for Netflix, from conception to final delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain production timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with other team members, including writers, directors, and editors, to develop compelling and high-quality content.
  4. Manage production crew and ensure all roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and executed.
  5. Act as a liaison between production team and upper management, providing updates and progress reports as needed.
  6. Conduct research and stay current with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve production methods.
  7. Ensure all production equipment and locations are secured and maintained properly.
  8. Communicate effectively with external partners, such as sports leagues, teams, and athletes, to ensure smooth production processes.
