- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and creative teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient post-production workflow.
- Hire and manage a team of post-production professionals, including editors, sound designers, and colorists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external post-production vendors and freelancers.
- Monitor and track all post-production expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the post-production process.
- Ensure that all content meets Netflix's technical and creative standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding the status of projects and any potential delays or issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in post-production.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline the post-production process.

Bachelor's Degree In Film, Television, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Post-Production Management, Preferably At A Streaming Platform Or Major Studio.
Strong Knowledge Of Post-Production Workflows And Industry-Standard Software, Including Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, And Protools.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor And Motivate A Team, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts.
