- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of technology systems in the APAC region, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, device compatibility, and other system functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall streaming experience for customers in the APAC region.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary solutions.

- Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on the proper use and troubleshooting of our technology systems.

- Act as a key point of contact for any technical issues or queries from internal teams, external partners, and customers in the APAC region.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any technical issues reported by customers.
- Work closely with the global technology team to ensure consistency and alignment of systems and processes across all regions.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive company and customer data.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technology Systems And Operations, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++, And Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms Such As Aws Or Azure.
Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Database Management, And Security Protocols.
