- Develop and implement innovative learning strategies and programs to support the success of our ad sales team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create effective training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Utilize your strong sales background and knowledge of the advertising industry to create impactful and relevant training content.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the ad sales team, providing guidance and support on learning and development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and learning and development, and incorporate them into our training programs.
- Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to enhance our learning offerings.
- Continuously assess and improve upon our learning processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Drive revenue growth by equipping the ad sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the competitive advertising landscape.
- Use your strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for learning initiatives.
- Be a brand ambassador for Netflix, promoting our culture and values through all learning and development activities.
- Act as a mentor and coach to members of the ad sales team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance and improve our learning and development offerings to stay ahead of industry trends and drive results.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Enablement Or Training, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Ad Sales Process, Including Experience Working With A Variety Of Ad Formats And Platforms.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Training Programs.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Diverse Sales Team.
