  1. Manage the technical aspects of our live ad operations, including ad serving and ad trafficking.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ad strategies that align with business goals.
  3. Ensure that ads are delivered seamlessly and in a timely manner to provide a positive viewing experience for our audience.
  4. Monitor and optimize live ad performance to maximize revenue and minimize ad-related issues.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ad tech to continually improve our ad operations.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to effectively execute ad campaigns and provide technical support as needed.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving and work to resolve them quickly.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and platforms to ensure smooth integration and operation.
  9. Implement and maintain ad policies and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  10. Provide regular reports and analysis on ad performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Train and mentor team members on ad operations processes and best practices.
  12. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful ad operations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve our ad operations processes and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's brand, products, and services to effectively represent the organization to clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Digital Advertising: The Ad Ops Manager At Netflix Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Advertising, Preferably In A Live Streaming Or Ott Environment. This Includes Experience With Ad Trafficking, Campaign Management, And Troubleshooting Technical Issues.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Comfortable Working With Various Ad Tech Platforms And Tools, Such As Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, And Third-Party Ad Servers. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Html, Javascript, And Other Web Technologies.

  • Project Management Skills: As The Ad Ops Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Live Campaigns Simultaneously, Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Tight Deadlines, And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Analytical Mindset: The Ad Ops Manager Should Have A Data-Driven Mindset And Be Comfortable Analyzing Ad Performance Data To Make Strategic Decisions. Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel Or Tableau Is Preferred.

  • Team Player: Netflix Values Collaboration And Teamwork, And The Ad Ops Manager Should Be A Strong Team Player Who Can Work Effectively With Different Teams, Including Ad Sales, Creative, And Product. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Effectively With External Partners And Vendors.
