  1. Provide technical assistance and support to clients using NetApp products.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving all technical concerns.
  4. Communicate with clients to understand and assess their technical needs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support customers.
  7. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
  8. Proactively identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions.
  9. Train and educate customers on how to effectively use NetApp products.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize technical support processes.
  12. Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and feedback processes.
  13. Deliver presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders.
  14. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers.
  15. Stay organized and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
