  1. Provide exceptional technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to NetApp's cloud data services, infrastructure, and storage solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution for customers.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technologies and tools to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of NetApp's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes, products, and services to enhance customer experience.
  7. Communicate technical information and updates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues.
  9. Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and products to provide effective support.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of NetApp's products and services.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues.
  12. Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  13. Mentor and train junior technical support engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
