Develop and implement data and AI/ML strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making.
Utilize AI/ML technologies to develop cutting-edge solutions that improve product and service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to drive data and AI initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in data and AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation within the company.
Identify and troubleshoot data and AI issues and propose solutions to improve performance and accuracy.
Develop and maintain data models and systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Train and mentor junior data scientists and engineers to promote growth and development within the team.
Continuously evaluate and improve data processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in data and AI/ML.

Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion within given timelines.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to help drive team success.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Data Science And Machine Learning, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql.
Strong Understanding Of Statistical Modeling, Data Mining Techniques, And Predictive Analytics.
Experience In Developing And Deploying End-To-End Machine Learning Solutions, Including Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, Model Training, And Deployment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Data Scientists And Engineers In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
