At NetApp, we're looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sr. Manager of Observability and Event Management to help drive our company to the next level. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated leader who is passionate about building and delivering products and services that exceed our customers' expectations.Qualifications:• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, software engineering, or operations management• Proven experience in leading teams, developing and executing strategies, and creating high-quality products and services• Experience with DevOps, cloud technologies, and observability/event management tools• Ability to communicate complex problems and solutions to a variety of audiences• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex systems• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldIf you are a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating innovative solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers and operations managers to create high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations.
Develop and execute strategies to increase observability and event management capabilities.
Design, implement, and manage complex systems to ensure optimal performance.
Analyze and troubleshoot problems related to DevOps, cloud technologies, and observability/event management tools.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback.
Communicate complex problems and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
