Lead a team of engineers to design and deliver innovative solutions for DoD customers.
Utilize technical expertise to ensure solutions meet DoD requirements and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with DoD customers and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth.
Identify and address any technical challenges or roadblocks in the development and delivery of solutions.
Develop and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and upper management.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities within the DoD sector.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions.
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform future strategies and solution development.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Role, Preferably In A Solutions Engineering Or Pre-Sales Capacity Within The Dod Market.
Strong Understanding Of Dod Contracting And Procurement Processes, Including Familiarity With Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (Dfars) And Federal Acquisition Regulation (Far).
Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Technical Professionals, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Developing Talent.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
