Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of storage tiering and hybrid cloud solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and high-quality products.
Utilize your deep understanding of storage tiering and hybrid cloud technologies to drive the development process.
Mentor and coach team members to help them grow and excel in their roles.
Develop and maintain a strong technical expertise in storage and hybrid cloud technologies.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project progress.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
