  1. Develop and implement strategies to foster positive labor and employee relations throughout the organization.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding labor and employee relations issues.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  4. Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations and provide guidance and advice to management to ensure compliance.
  5. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and revise policies and procedures related to labor and employee relations.
  6. Provide training and support to managers and employees on labor and employee relations topics.
  7. Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  8. Partner with cross-functional teams to address complex employee relations matters and create action plans for improvement.
  9. Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies accordingly.
  10. Serve as a mediator and facilitator in conflict resolution processes.
  11. Monitor employee satisfaction and morale, and make recommendations for improvements to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee relations issues and investigations.
  13. Represent the company in any legal proceedings related to labor and employee relations matters.
  14. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve labor and employee relations processes and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In All Aspects Of Labor And Employee Relations, Including Collective Bargaining, Grievance Handling, And Employee Investigations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Positive Relationships With Union Representatives And Effectively Negotiating Labor Agreements.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Influence Senior Leaders And Employees At All Levels.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex And Sensitive Employee Relations Issues In A Professional And Fair Manner.
