  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including sales contracts, licensing agreements, and service agreements.
  2. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on complex legal issues related to commercial transactions.
  3. Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to commercial transactions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Identify and assess potential legal risks in commercial transactions and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  6. Develop and maintain template agreements and contract management processes to improve efficiency and streamline the contract review process.
  7. Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, in the context of commercial transactions.
  8. Manage external legal counsel as needed.
  9. Represent the company in negotiations with customers, partners, and other third parties.
  10. Train and educate internal teams on legal issues related to commercial transactions.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to commercial transactions.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to commercial contracts and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  13. Provide timely and accurate legal advice to support business objectives.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential legal issues and provide creative solutions to minimize risk.
  15. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience As A Commercial Or Corporate Counsel, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Drafting, Negotiating, And Reviewing Complex Commercial Agreements, Including Software Licensing, Cloud Services, And Data Privacy Agreements

  • Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property, Data Protection, And Regulatory Compliance Issues In The Technology Sector

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
