  1. Lead and manage the SAP Competence Center team in the designated district.
  2. Drive the success of our SAP business in the district by setting and achieving performance goals and targets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share for SAP products and services in the district.
  4. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP technology and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of SAP solutions to clients.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  10. Oversee the budget for the SAP Competence Center team and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  11. Stay informed about competitors and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our SAP offerings and generate new business opportunities.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sap Implementation And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Sap Projects And Implementing Solutions For Large Organizations.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The District Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Sap Consultants And Specialists. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Towards Achieving Organizational Goals.

This Will Enable The District Manager To Provide Effective Guidance And Support To The Team And Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A District Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Team Members, And Senior Management. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Ensuring Effective Communication.
